In the spirit of the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday, we at Woody’s Halfpipe want to thank our customers who have made it possible for us to be here. COme out on Saturday, November 21st and enjoy some free food and great skating featuring Bacon Skateboards Pro, Tim Johnson and a few special guests. The schedule for the day is loosely looking like this:

1pm - Street Jam w/ prizes
4pm - Park Slalom in the Flow Bowl
All afternoon and evening - Non-Contest pool jam

skating’s always been about self-expression. So who went and brought “feelings” into the mix??? what’s with all the whining about what someone else said or did…when did they start caring so much about others?

the Turningpoint ramp had the sickest oververt EVER, even to this day! it was on a trailer and was fully adjustable and all.

kickflips, snake runs and bowl riding footage…even some slalom. and of course, they included roller skating(which helped kill skateboarding business shortly thereafter)

former SPOA destroyer, Petratodd…now a NYC local…will be making a return visit to the durty sowth. He’ll be at Brook Run for the Friday evening session…he might even draw his name on your skateboard(if that’s what you’re into).
